Terms and Conditions
The Prism Team always endeavour to make your photobooth experience a fun and memorable one.
We have tried to keep our terms and conditions to a minimum so if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
Prism Photobooths agree to have a Photobooth operational for a minimum of 90% of the time during the hire period; operations may need to be interrupted for maintenance of the Photobooth.
In the event that Prism Photobooths is not ready to commence at the agreed time due to our fault, then we will give you the agreed hire period by extending the finishing time of the hire. In the event that the hire does not start at the agreed time, as set-up has been delayed due to any unforeseen circumstances that are no fault of Prism Photobooths e.g. due to over running of previous activities by yourselves or venue, then the hire will still end as per the agreed time on booking form.
In the case that we cannot attend or fulfil your event due to events beyond our control we will contact you or the venue as soon as possible. In these instances our liability will be limited to refunding of all monies paid. In the event of an equipment breakdown during an event a refund will be made based on the percentage of booth run time lost.
Additional Mileage Charges
Please note that an additional mileage charge may be due for event venues outside a 25mile radius to Torquay.

25p per mile over initial 25 miles.
Please contact us and we will adjust your invoice accordingly.
Full payment is required a minimum of 6 weeks before your event.
A booking fee (included within the set package price) is required to secure your booking and is non-refundable.
Cancellation by the customer prior to the event will forfeit all monies paid.
Prism Photobooths will do everything reasonable within our power to attend your event. In adverse circumstances eg. inclement weather/ road closures where travel is considered dangerous and beyond our control, we reserve the right not to attend on the specified date and to issue a credit note for a later date (subject to availability).
Access, Space and Power Requirements
The Customer is responsible for ensuring the venue has adequate space for the photobooth, minimum 9′ x 7′ and that a 13amp power supply is available locally. The area needs to be flat, dry and protected from any weather.
Termination of Hire
Prism Photobooths will not tolerate any abuse or threatening behaviour to our staff or equipment. If this does occur, the operator is within their rights to terminate the hire immediately without refund.
The Customer acknowledges that they shall be responsible for any damage or loss to The Operator’s Equipment caused by any misuse by the customer or its guests.
At Prism Photobooths we treat the privacy of our visitors with the highest importance.
We will not store any credit or debit card details. All card payments are handled by a secure service.
By hiring Prism Photobooths you agree that any photographic materials can be used by Prism Photobooths for promotional purposes including social media, you or your guests may opt out of this by contacting us direct before your event.
By hiring a photo booth from Prism Photobooths means you agree to all of our Terms and Conditions.
